DeSantis and the No-Good Libraries - not to mention SAT and AP Classes

I spent time the other day listening to right-wing nut job Governor Ron DeSantis pooh-pooh SAT and AP classes.

After I had finished throwing up a lot of fur and sewer rat, I got to wondering - what makes this particular Trump wannabe think he knows anything about education.?

Then it dawned on me - he wants - no he NEEDS - he needs people to be uneducated, uninformed, and misinformed. Isn’t that a large part of GQP philosophy and strategy? Isn’t this how America manages to elect so many of them?”

Hence the empty libraries. And the pending disavowing and eventual disappearance of SAT and AP classes. He wants his citizens to be dumber than Great Danes - lazily lying on their sofas, watching Newsmax and Fox.

What was it that his former guru once said at one of his hate and misinformation rallies?

“We love the poorly educated.” He should have included “misinformed”. The Trumpista movement was built upon ignorance and manipulation.

Word has it that DeSantos loves the uneducated AND the illiterate.

Kind of weird coming from a guy who attended Yale and Harvard Law school before entering military service.

Got him places, places he does not want his supporters to go anywhere near. They’d be talking to intelligent, even-thinking people. They might learn something.

He told me, “We do not want that crowd any wiser than they are at this moment in time. TFG managed to fill their heads with false flags, disinformation and conspiracy theories. I want to foster all that.

“One of my favorites was the pizza joint serving as a focal point for child abuse in the basement of the pizzeria. One MAGAt showed up fully armed and fully intent on freeing those poor little babies before the Dems were served slices of them on their ‘all dressed’ pizza. Yup - he and his weapons of war would get them out of that basement.

“One problem - the building did not have a basement. Perfect.

“The Republicans need more people like this. Can you imagine - if I could just capture their imaginations - hell - America? I could end up ruling half the free world.

“Then my daddy would respect and love me.”
