Well, we watched Tubi for the first time last night - the first episode of the long running series, Midsomer Murders.
I had it solved before the midpoint, Nick is still pondering it. He even appreciated the brief commercial breaks, which gave him time to think.
You should’ve seen our living room. Nick spend most of the show doing flowcharts in an effort to solve the mystery before me.
After about half an hour our living room was filled with crumpled flowcharts as Nick (a former Systems Engineer) thought he could easily solve the crime using tools he had used as an engineer.
Sadly, it was not to be.
Using feline intellect and logic I had the mystery figured out before my human had flowcharted every single bit of the program. I watched as his face grew redder, and sheets of crumpled paper started to overtake our living room.
It was glorious. I had a whole room of paper toys to shred and play with.
I am so looking forward to the next episode - I suggested that Nick try to find a nice episode of The Flintstones.

Midsomer Murders is a great mind cleanser. I’m hooked on a number of British and Scandinavian crime series. They’re so much nicer to watch than our shoot ‘em up crime shows over here in the rootin’ tootin’ U S of A.
LOVE Midsomer Murders! :)
