Florida congressmen to become physicians
"Screw the physicians, our House Reps know what's best for women and reproductive care."
I was speaking with defeated presidential candidate Ron DeSantis the other day and we got on to a discussion of abortion in Florida, now that he was drummed out of the Presidential race.
Our lengthy discussion turned to the subject of women and reproductive rights. His solution to the whole mess was to get rid of MD’s specializing in women’s health.
“A lot of our House reps finished high school, some even went to college and I think we’ve got a veterinarian or two, not to mention a few farmers.
"That should take care of this whole reproductive issue and put an end to this whole abortion mess.
“From now on, if a female of the species has a woman type issue they should book an appointment with their District Rep.
“A warning - they should expect a lengthy wait for an appointment as they are seldom available to deal with constituent matters - especially something as trivial as a woman’s health issue.
“Just a heads-up - we can expect a whole lot of still born babies as well as deaths for our women-folk.
“And if women attempt to flee to another state for care, they will be arrested and forced to finish their pregnancy - live OR still birth - in a Florida prison. And they can expect to serve some time after seeking healthcare from a qualified physician.
“By the way - they will be required to memorize the Bible - the King James Version - before their release.”

Hi Tom, no wonder you’re pissed off, I would be too if I had to talk to that pathetic excuse for a human. I’m Patches, one of the other ferals the nice nurse rescued. I showed up with a badly injured eye that was very painful and I couldn’t see out of it. Luckily she rounded me up and took me to an actual veterinarian and not to her congressman. They had to remove the eye because it was damaged beyond repair. I hate to think of what would have happened to me if it had been left up to Congress.
