It’s kitten time in Saigon!
I’m taking a break from the repetitive “news” being continuously paraded out in print and on MSM.
Watching a lot of Ghosts US and The Mick - silly - but lots of action for me to chase around the screen. Beats the hell out of reading/watching all the GQP, Ukraine-Russia, Israel genocide of Palestinians, Drumpf Trial - and on and on. You know what I mean.
We cats all need a break from the shit show. My cat instincts tell me this is true for two-legs as well.
I’m so sick of TV news hosts going over and over the same thing.
When does baseball on TV start? I loved chasing those little guys and that tiny ball around the screen. Nick appreciates having someone with whom to watch the games. But apparently I block his view. I think he’s going to buy me my own TV if this keeps up.
While sipping our morning coffee at our favorite cafe Nick and I were delighted to see two adorable kittens playing at the fruit and veg stand next to the cafe.
I don’t know who was more excited - me or Nick - who instantaneously pulled out his camera as he got his first glimpse at the two baby felines frolicking among the empty boxes.
Oddly, the baby felines didn’t go anywhere near the fruit - a Canadian kitten would be rolling oranges, apples and grapes all over the busy street where the outdoor stand is located. I know that was my first instinct - I’m a Canadian feline.
Nick managed to take some crappy photos of the pair - a couple of which I have posted.
It was easy to distinguish the alpha male from the beta female. He was eating first.
Are Saigon cats mimicking the human behavior they observe? Or is this just something that is natural?
Doesn’t seem fair to me.
