Musk argues that the American Constitution was merely a list of 'suggestions'

"The upshot is - I CAN be President."

A group of Elon Musk’s political science students are telling him that the American Constitution and all the laws of the country were never meant to be enforceable law.

Elon explained to me, “You know Tom, all these so called laws were merely suggestions. Never intended to be enforceable.

“They were kind of like the Ten Commandments- nobody could be expected to live an entire lifetime and not violate any of those guidelines.

“It’s unreasonable to expect any human to live an entire lifetime and not violate any of these so-callled commandments. These were merely suggestions. They were misnamed, they should have been called the ‘Ten Suggestions’.

“It’s the same with the USA constitution. They were merely suggestions. So essentially I should be allowed to be President.

“A job - a job I’m essentially doing now.”
