Prison warden calls Bannon sentence a punishment for prison staff
"It's going to take longer than 4 months just to clean him up before we can put him in gen pop."
I spoke to the prison warden and some of the staff where Steve Bannon will be residing for four months. We were forbidden to use any names. Not even the name of the prison.
“We’d be under siege by good Americans who want a piece of him. He’s not real popular,” the warden told us.
“Four months will not be long enough.”
“I’m not saying that the punishment doesn’t fit the crime. It does, and I’m certain there will be many more sentences in the future. But I do not see how we can reasonably be expected to complete cleaning this Neanderthal before placing him in gen pop. The prison barber has already said that he will not even attempt to shear him.”
The barber told us, “The only way I could even start to trim him up would be with a blowtorch. And even then we’d have to marinate him in bleach and various antiseptics overnight. We have no idea what sort of living things are in there, and what diseases they carry. Just look a this guy’s face. All manner of growths. The guy’s a walking epidemic.”
“Most of the staff have already asked to be transferred to another prison.”
