I won’t be posting for a week or two - we’re headed to India again. It’s been too long since we last visited and one of our friends shamed us into it.
I love our neighborhood in Bangalore. Animals galore, homeless canines living on the streets. Don’t worry - there’s groups all over the city that go around twice a day feeding them.
Nick is hoping his favorite is still alive and well.
When we left the last time we were assured that this particular shaggy dog would be given a hair cut. This guy was 95% fur. And living on the sidewalk next to an extremely busy thoroughfare you can imagine how dirty the poor guy gets. Not to mention the extreme heat.
And of course the cows wandering around wherever they want. Streets, sidewalks and parks - they’re all cow zones.
It’s an animal lover’s paradise, and we are so looking forward to it.
Talk to you after we get there.
Have a good election week!

Note - instead of subscribing to my posts please donate the money to an animal welfare organization. (e.g. ASPCA etc).
Winter is coming and they desperately need the money
We are big animal lovers at our house - and do a lot of donations to rescues in US and other countries. Humans have utterly FAILED animals. It hurts my heart to see homeless dogs and cats....and CAFO's.
Stay safe!
Here’s to a safe, smooth, and uneventful move. And go tell those Indian dogs: “Cats Rule!”
